RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days by sending a registered letter with return receipt. to:

The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram and fax to n. 051.5872768, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following forty-eight hours.
The product must be returned in perfect condition and without tampering with the original packaging. The return costs will be fully charged to the consumer. Parcels cash on delivery or freight collect will be rejected.
Re Mida snc is not responsible for any damage to the goods during the return transport.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods and the sum paid by the consumer will be deducted from the shipping cost and any cash on delivery.
